It's that time of year again.  It's time to put on green so you won't get pinched!  Ok, so maybe that was grade school but it is nearly St. Patrick's Day which means Depraved Nation is having it's annual Luck of the Irish Gatcha event!  Lucky for me Digital Aura was invited back this year.  I have been thinking of the warmer spring days ahead and the fashion to match.   Here is the official ad for my gatcha at the event.

  
The design is simple and, as the name implies, I think it looks great on my barefooted avi.  You can try your luck at winning one of the four rares and there are eight common anklets which are also quite nice.  All of the anklets are transfer only which means you can trade them with someone if you get two of the same kind.  They are resizer scripted so you adjust them to fit your avi by clicking them.  All anklets in the set are 100% original mesh designs and even created new materials layers so they react to light in viewers that are enabled to see advanced lighting.

Jewelry and Accessories Expo 2013

Yes, yes, yes,  I know.  I haven't posted in ages and rightly so!  I've been learning mesh much in the way a baby learns to walk.  I've been drooling over the possibilities and crying myself to sleep.  Well not really... I've been studying and practicing and sleeping. No tears.   Oh yeah, I was invited to be in the Jewelry and Accessories Expo for 2013!   The image below is lifestyle shot for the expo gatcha.

 I have some of my old stuff in the expo booth but the items I have for sale that are new are all 100% original mesh!  My first set.  Awesome.    The gatcha is an orginal mesh piece as well.   To get the complete set you have to play the gatcha because the matching bracelet is a gatcha rare.   I'll be re texturing the set to sell in the store later on by the expo version is an exclusive.  This is the first full set of original mesh work I've ever done.  It will only get better but I'll never have a first again.  Kinda like sex.

Menstuff Hunt Item 2013

 Yes, it's been some time since I've had anything new up on the blog so here it is.   Unless you've been living in a cave in SL or have been going outside a lot in RL (freaky!) then you've heard of the Menstuff Hunt.   

  Long story short - I'm in it and this is the prize from my store if you can find it!   

The headless Bats Mertel is sporting the Road Trip necklace.  Inspired by things automotive geared (pun intended) toward the men stuff crowd.  It is, of course, free so come pick it up just for fun and see how it looks on your avi!  

Dark Star Bracelet - New Colors!

Yes, it's summer and with it comes the urge to hit the beach or lounge about pool side.  I have more than a few summer outfits for my avi and I love adding my Dark Star bracelet to them.  It gives my avi a more complete look but I wanted some other colors to work with.    Here's what I came up with:

The 7th Unknown Hunt ends on April 30th as you can see from the poster so if you haven't picked up the hunt gift you may want to do that soon!  Digital Aura is store #9 in it.  It is a one time hunt for new designers so I won't be in it again.  It's sort of a rite of passage for new designers like me.

Here's the latest release for April.  The Makena Surf Anklet set. This anklet set has a narrow and wide versions for both legs so there are a total of four anklets.  The box contains male and female sizes but both are equipped with resizer scripts so you can fine tune the fit.

The Makena Surf Anklets match the anklet I made for the 7th Unknown Hunt.  That bracelet will be available for sale at the main store and market place at the end of the month.

I know the month is nearly half over but that just means you have successfully avoided the early rush of hunters!  There's a sign for the hunt in store which will lead you to the first store if you're interested in finding other designer's items.  Here's the ad for mine.
